In a large bowl, sift the flour and baking powder and mix together.
In a blender, add the eggs, oil, milk and sugar and blend for 1 minute. Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Gently fold the sprinkles into the dough.
Transfer to an oiled and floured 22 cm diameter pan with a hole in the middle.
Bake in the oven.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 40 minutes.
