Ingredients

  • 2 xícaras (chá) de farinha (250g)
  • 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó (12g)
  • 3 ovos
  • ½ xícara (chá) de Óleo de Soja Soya (125ml)
  • 1 xícara (chá) de leite (250ml)
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar (400g)
  • ½ xícara (chá) de granulado de chocolate (100g)

Preparation Method

In a large bowl, sift the flour and baking powder and mix together.

In a blender, add the eggs, oil, milk and sugar and blend for 1 minute. Add the liquids to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Gently fold the sprinkles into the dough.

Transfer to an oiled and floured 22 cm diameter pan with a hole in the middle.

Bake in the oven.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 40 minutes.
