Lemon juice 30 ml
Apple 1,8 kg
Sugar 24 g
Nova Delícia Light 15 g

Supreme Light 90 g
Wheat flour 60 g
Xerém (ground cashew nuts) 50 g
Crushed Brazil nuts 50 g
Crushed pistachios 50 g
Fine flaked oats 40 g
Cinnamon powder 3 g
RECHEIO
1. Mix the lemon with 1 liter of water and leave in a large bowl.
2. Peel the apples, cut them in half vertically, remove the seeds and keep them in the lemon water to prevent them from oxidizing (darkening).
3. Grease an ovenproof dish (28 x 20 x 4cm) with margarine and sugar and set aside.
4. Cut the apples into thin slices and place them in the mold, making sure they are close together.
FAROFA
5. Mix the farofa ingredients together and cover the apples.
6. Bake in the preheated oven (180ºC) for 30 minutes or until the apples are soft.
7. Serve warm or cold, accompanied by ice cream.
TIP
If you prefer, make the crumble in a 25cm diameter round pan.
