Primor Parabolized rice, cooked 600 g
Green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 pc
Small tomato, seeded, chopped 1 pc
Coriander and spring onions, chopped 10 g
Dish cheese, diced 132 g
1. The day before, put the dried meat in pieces and put it in cold water to desalt.
2. Keep the meat in the fridge, changing the water several times.
3. Clean the meat well, cut it into cubes and cook it in a pressure cooker until it is tender.
4. Remove from the water and set aside.
5. Separately, wash the beans and cook in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes or until cooked.
5. Drain and set aside.
6. In a pan, fry the bacon in its own fat until golden brown.
7. Add a tablespoon of Delícia Creamy Margarine, add the onion and let it sauté.
8. Add the sausage and beans and bring to the boil.
9. Add the cooked rice, peppers, tomatoes, coriander and spring onions.
10. While mixing slowly, from bottom to top, gradually add the Delícia Creamy Margarine.
11. Adjust the salt, add the cheese, mix well and serve immediately.
