3 tablespoons of Soya Sunflower Oil (45 ml)
1 unit of diced Calabrian sausage
2 and a half cups cooked and shredded dried meat (270 g)
1 sliced onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
1 unit of chopped chili pepper
1 and 1/2 cups cooked refried beans (300 g)
2 cups cooked rice (400g)
Kingdom pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Chives to taste
Coriander to taste
For the curd cheese
3 sticks of curd cheese cut into 4 thin sticks
1 teaspoon of Soya Sunflower Oil (15 ml)
In a frying pan, brown the Calabrian sausage and dried meat with Soya Sunflower Oil. Sauté the onion, when it becomes translucent add the garlic, bay leaf and peppercorns. Add the cooked rice and beans and mix in the other ingredients. Correct the salt and pepper.
For the curd cheese
Brown all sides of the curd cheese with a drizzle of Soya Sunflower Oil and cut into small cubes.

Finishing: Turn off the heat and mix in the curd cheese, spring onions and coriander.
Variation: for a more delicate flavor replace the coriander with chopped parsley Tip: Cook the refried beans under pressure for 15 minutes with a little salt and a bay leaf. To prepare the rice, cook one cup of white rice in two cups of water, sautéing it with 1 tablespoon of Soya Sunflower Oil and half an onion.
