Delícia Supreme 24 g
Wheat flour 15 g
Milk 560 ml
Salt and grated nutmeg as much as needed
Baked or boiled chicken shredded 400 g
Chicken broth 2/3 Serving(s)
Green corn, drained 200 g
Chopped spring onion 10 g
Potato straw 25 g
1. Melt the Delícia Supreme in a saucepan.
2. Add the All Day Wheat Flour and, stirring constantly, let it toast.
3. Add the milk and cook until it thickens.
4. Season with salt and nutmeg.
5. Add the shredded chicken, chicken stock and corn and, stirring from time to time, cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and add the spring onions.
7. Arrange the cream in individual baking dishes and cover with the straw potatoes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.
9. Serve with white rice and a leaf salad
