Delícia Cremosa 100 g
Garlic 20 g
Onions cut into cubes 320 g
Red bell pepper, finely chopped 36 g
Dried meat, desalted, cooked and shredded 1 kg
Chives or coriander, finely chopped as much as needed
Requeijão, very consistent 180 g
Pastry dough, in a roll 1 kg
RECHEIO
1. Melt the creamy Delícia margarine with salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic, onion and bell bell pepper and sauté for 3 minutes or until golden.
3. Add the dried meat and sauté for 2 minutes.
4. Remove from the heat, mix in the spring onions or coriander and set aside.
MONTAGE
5. Unroll the dough little by little.
6. Cut it 12 cm lengthways and then in the opposite direction in the center.
7. Place a shallow spoonful of curd cheese and a spoonful of sautéed dried meat on one half of the piece.
8. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edge with the tip of a fork.
9. Prepare the other pastries.
10. Place the pastries on a baking sheet greased with Delícia Cremosa margarine.
11. Brush them with margarine and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
