For the filling
½ half-moon onion
3 tablespoons Soya Oil (45ml)
1 clove of chopped garlic
130g desalted, boiled and shredded dried meat
Salt to taste
Ground pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
For potatoes
4 medium potatoes
Salt to taste
Ground pepper to taste
4 tablespoons of Soya Soya Oil (60ml)
For assembly
150g grated mozzarella cheese
For the filling
In a saucepan, sauté the onion with the oil until lightly browned.
Add the garlic
Add the dried meat and brown lightly.
Adjust salt and black pepper
Finish with parsley
For the potato
Peel and grate the potatoes. Place in a bowl with water
Drain the potatoes well and season with salt and black pepper
To assemble
In a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil
Glaze the surface with half the grated potato
Fill with 1 cup of dried meat and the cheese
Cover with the rest of the potato
Cover the pan
When golden brown, turn with the help of a plate
Add another 2 tablespoons of oil
Remove from the pan when both sides are golden brown.
Variation: If desired, change the filling for heart of palm, chicken, broccoli or mushrooms.
