POTATO PURÉ
Delícia Supreme Light 60 g
Potatoes 400 g
Salt and grated nutmeg as much as needed
MEAT
Cooked or roast beef, shredded 300 g
Tomato pulp 120 g
Chopped red bell pepper 30 g
Chopped garlic 5 g
Chopped onion 30 g
MONTAGE
Grated mozzarella 30 g
POTATO PURÉ
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters and cook them in a pan of boiling salted water until they soften.
2. Drain the water, squeeze or mash the potatoes while they are still hot and return them to the pan.
3. Add Delícia Supreme Light margarine, nutmeg and cook, mixing well until you obtain a creamy puree.
Meat
4. Heat Delícia Supreme Light in a pan.
5. Add the garlic, onion and paprika and sauté.
6. Add the shredded meat and tomato pulp and cook for 10 minutes until the sauce is smooth. Set aside.
MONTAGEM
7. Arrange half the mashed potatoes in a baking dish, then all the braised meat and top with the remaining mashed potatoes.
8. Sprinkle over the grated mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
