Ingredients

40 g of Óleo de Soja Soya

25 g de fermento biológico fresco

250 ml de cerveja clara

500 g of farinha de trigo

50 g de açúcar

20 g de ovos

100 g de aveia em flocos

Sal a gosto

Preparation Method

Dissolve the yeast in the beer, add the eggs, sugar and salt. Add the oats and then mix in the wheat flour until smooth. Work the dough, knead well for about 5 to 10 minutes, as the dough should be smooth. Cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for about 30 minutes. Shape the bread into the shape you want, or place the dough on a baking sheet. Leave to rise until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
