Bolus vitamin fruit

Ingredients

8 tablespoons of Soya Soya Oil
3 eggs
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of orange juice
1/2 clean papaya, chopped
1 banana-nanica banana, peeled and chopped
1 cup of milk
2 cups of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
Soya margarine to grease
Wheat flour to sprinkle
Icing sugar to decorate

Preparation Method

Dough: beat the Soya Soya Oil, eggs, sugar, juice and fruit in a blender until smooth. Transfer the liquid to a bowl, add the flour and milk gradually and alternately, mixing with a hand-held egg beater. Add the baking powder, mixing it well into the dough.

Assembly: In a round pan greased with Soya Creamy Margarine and dusted with flour, pour the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool, unmold and decorate with icing sugar.
