For the dough
1/3 cup Soya Sunflower Oil (83ml)
1 and a half cups sugar (320g)
3 eggs
1 and a half cups of powdered chocolate 50% (150g)
1 cup wheat flour (120g)
½ teaspoon salt (2.5g)
For stuffing
¼ cup peanuts (40g)
For the dough
In a bowl, beat all the ingredients with a whisk until a homogeneous dough forms. Add and stir in the peanuts.
Pour the batter into a square pan (20x20 cm) lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Variation: If you like, you can fill with chopped nuts or chestnuts, chocolate or dulce de leche.
