Buttery Cake with Cream Cheese and Strawberries

Ingredients

MASSA
Delícia Supreme 200 g
Eggs 3 p
Sugar 80 g
Whole milk 125 ml
Vanilla essence 5 ml
Wheat flour 180 g
Starch 36 g
Salt 20 g
Baking powder 30 g

CREAM
Fresh cream 335 ml
Sugar 40 g
Light cream cheese 150 g

MONSTAGE
Guarana soda 250 ml
Clean strawberries, chopped 2 boxes

Preparation Method

MASSA
1. In a mixer, beat the Delícia Supreme margarine, eggs and sugar at high speed until the mixture is creamy.
2. Reduce the speed and add the milk and vanilla.
3. Add the wheat flour, starch and salt (sifted) and beat just to combine.
4. Turn off, add the yeast and mix.
5. Place the dough in a greased and sprinkled pan without a hole in the middle and bake in a preheated oven at 160ºC for 25 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and divide the cake in half. Set aside.

CREAM
7. In a mixer, whip the cream and sugar to the point of whipped cream, not too stiff.
8. Add the cream cheese and beat for another minute. Set aside.

MONTAGE
9. Place half the cream and the roughly chopped strawberries on the bottom of the pastry moistened with the soda.
10. Place the other half of the moistened dough and the rest of the cream and strawberries decoratively.
