Ingredients

For the caramel syrup

  • 2 cups (tea) caster sugar (200 g)
  • 1 cup of water (150 ml)

For the cake

  • 1 eggs
  • ¼ cup sugar (50 g)
  • ¼ cup milk (65 ml)
  • ¼ cup of Soya Sunflower Oil (65 ml)
  • ¾ cup wheat flour (75 g)
  • ½ cup powdered chocolate 50% (30 g)
  • ½ tablespoon baking powder (7 g)

For the pudding

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
  • ¾ cups (tea) whole milk (75 ml)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (5 ml)

Preparation Method

For the caramel

  1. In a saucepan, place the sugar and water and cook over medium heat until it reaches an amber color.
  2. Spread in the pudding mold and set aside

For the cake

  1. Beat the eggs, sugar, milk and Soya Sunflower Oil in a blender.
  2. Mix the flour, chocolate and baking powder with a whisk.
  3. Pour the batter over the caramel in the pan.

For the pudding

  1. Beat all the ingredients in a blender
  2. Pour over the cake batter
  3. Cover with aluminum foil
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 120°C in a bain marie for 1 hour and a half.

Tips:

For a pudding with holes: 160°C, 30 minutes.

For the syrup: mix the sugar with the water before putting it on the heat, wipe the edges well with water so that there are no crystals left and put it on the heat without stirring.
