2 tablespoons of Soya Sunflower Oil (30 ml)
1 cup bacon in small cubes (140g)
1 slice of Calabrian sausage cut into 4 slices
1 cup shredded dried meat (200g)
1 sliced onion
1 chopped garlic clove
½ small diced red pepper
½ small diced yellow pepper
1 small diced tomato
1 seedless chili pepper, chopped
3 cups cooked rice (600 g)
Salt to taste
King pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to finish
Chopped chives to finish
In a large saucepan, heat half the oil and sauté the bacon and sausage until lightly browned. Set aside in a bowl. Add the dried meat and brown. Set aside with the other meats.
In the same pan, sauté the onion. Add the garlic and peppers and sauté well. Add the tomatoes and chili peppers, return with the meat and stir in the rice. Finish with the parsley and spring onions, adjust the salt and pepper if necessary.
