Dough
1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of milk
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 large carrot sanitized and grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons Soya Oil
1/2 cup chopped chocolate
Soya Oil to grease
Wheat flour to sprinkle
Ganache
1 carton of heavy cream
1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate
Dough: In a bowl, sift the wheat flour with the baking powder and salt and set aside. Put the milk, eggs, sugar and Soya Soya Oil in the mixer and beat until the mixture becomes whitish. Turn off the mixer and, using a spatula, add the carrots and chocolate, mixing well. Then add the reserved flour mixture and mix again. Pour the batter into a round, greased and sprinkled cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 30 minutes.
Ganache: In a saucepan, heat the cream and semi-sweet chocolate, stirring constantly, until well combined. Turn off the heat and pour the ganache over the cake.
