Wheat flour 220 g
Sugar 240 g
Baking powder 10 g
Small sliced carrots 180 g
Eggs 4 pcs
Chocolate sprinkles 75 g
COVERY
Sugar 120 g
Chocolate powder 60 g
Delícia margarine 7 g
Milk 60 ml
MASSA
1. Mix the sugar with the flour and yeast in a bowl.
2. Blend the carrots, butter and eggs in a blender. Beat well and pour over the mixture in the bowl.
3. Add the sprinkles and stir gently.
4. Place in a greased round pan with a central cone (24B x 20F x 8A) and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180ºC).
5. Bake for about 35 minutes or until you poke a toothpick in and it comes out dry.
6. Unmold warm.
COVERY
7. For the icing, mix the ingredients and bring to the boil over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and glossy, without boiling over.
8. Pour immediately over the cake.
