MASSA
1 kg de mandioca cozida e espremida
½ xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado
1 ovo
1 ½ xícara (chá) de Farinha de Trigo Primor
Sal e pimenta a gosto
1 xícara (chá) de leite
RECHEIO
3 colheres (sopa) de Margarina Primor Todo Dia
1 cebola pequena picada
½ tablete de caldo de carne
500 g de carne seca magra
1 tomate picado
2 colheres (sopa) de salsa picada
2/3 pote de requeijão cremoso
Sal e pimenta a gosto
Farinha de rosca e ovo para empanar
Gordura Vegetal Primor para fritura
Soak the dried meat overnight. Change the water a few times.
Then cook and shred.
RECHEIO
Ina pan, brown the onion in the Margarina Primor Todo Dia. Add the tomatoes, the stock, the meat and sauté for a few minutes. Turn off, add the parsley, the curd cheese, correct the salt, season with pepper, mix and set aside.
MASSA
In a bowl, put the cooked and squeezed cassava, the grated cheese, the egg, the milk and the salt.
Mix well and bring to the boil over medium heat. Gradually add the Primor Wheat Flour and, stirring constantly, cook until the mixture starts to come away from the bottom of the pan. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
MONTAGE
Spread your hands with a little Margarina Primor Todo Dia and roll out portions of the dough. Add the filling and close them into a drumstick shape. Coat in egg and breadcrumbs and fry, little by little, over medium heat. Place the drumsticks on paper towels and serve.
