1 cup oat flakes (160g)
1/3 cup chopped milk chocolate (50g)
1/3 cup chopped Brazil nuts (53g)
1/3 cup chopped banana raisins (60g)
1/3 cup chopped apricots (60g)
¼ cup honey (62ml)
3 tablespoons of Soya Canola Oil (45ml)
In a bowl mix the oat flakes, milk chocolate, Brazil nuts, raisins, apricots, honey and oil.
Grease a 25x17 cm pan with oil and spread the oat mixture, pressing it down well over the entire pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Finishing
Unmold while still warm using a spatula and cut into 2x8cm rectangles. Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place and consume within 3 days.
Variation: If you like, replace the apricots with raisins, chopped figs, grated coconut or add cinnamon to taste.
