Dry white wine 500 ml

Lemon juice 15 ml
1. Put the wine, spring onions and beef stock in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Leave to simmer on a low heat for about 8 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and blend the mixture in a blender until the spring onions have completely disappeared.
4. Melt the Delícia Supreme margarine in a saucepan.
5. Pour the contents of the blender into the pan, add the cornstarch dissolved in a little water and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
6. Remove from the pan and serve as an accompaniment to meat.
