Massa
2/3 de xícara (chá) de Óleo de Soja Soya
1/3 de xícara (chá) de leite
1 colher (sobremesa) de sal
3 ovos
2 xícaras (chá) de queijo meia cura ralado grosso
2 1/2 xícaras (chá) de polvilho doce
Recheio
1 xícara (chá) rasa de goiabada em cubinhos
1 xícara (chá) de queijo muçarela em cubinhos
Put the starch in a bowl. Separately, bring the Soya Soya Oil, milk and salt to the boil. Turn off the heat and pour the liquid over the sprinkles, stirring well during the process. Then, while stirring, add the eggs, one by one, until the dough is a little soft. Work the dough with your hands, add the semi-cured cheese and mix until the dough is loose and easy to shape. Make balls, open a cavity in the middle, fill with mozzarella and guava and close tightly. Place the balls on an ungreased baking sheet, separated from each other, and bake in a preheated medium oven for about 30 minutes. Remove the loaves from the oven as soon as they are golden brown.
