Chicken and Broccoli Lasagna

Ingredients


Bone-in chicken breast 1 pc
Ninja broccoli 1 pc
Fresh basil leaves 7 g
Fresh parsley leaves 10 g
Salt as needed
WHITE SAUCE
Creamy Delight 100 g
Sliced onion (small) 1 pc
Fat milk 1,5 liter
Sour cream 200 ml
Wheat flour 40 g
Nutmeg as much as needed

MONTAGE
Fresh lasagna sheets 8 pcs
Coarsely grated mozzarella 290 g
Grated parmesan 50 g

Preparation Method

FRANGO
1. In a saucepan, cook the sanitized chicken breast with vinegar in salted water.
2. Once cooked, remove from the water, leave to cool, shred and add the chopped herbs. Set aside.

BRÓCOLIS
3. In a saucepan with a little boiling water and salt, cook the broccoli florets for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

WHITE Sauce
4. Heat the Delícia Creamy Margarine in a pan.
5. Add the onion and sauté.
6. Add the wheat flour and mix until it is completely incorporated into the margarine.
7. Gradually add the cold milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
8. Season with salt and nutmeg to taste and cook over a low heat for about 4 minutes.
9. Add the cream, mix well and set aside.

MONTAGEM
10. Pour some of the white sauce into a rectangular baking dish.
11. Place a layer of pasta, all the chicken, half the mozzarella and some of the white sauce.
12. Cover with another layer of pasta, add the broccoli, the rest of the cheese and another dollop of sauce.
13. Finish with another layer of pasta, the rest of the sauce and the grated Parmesan.
14. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for approximately 30 minutes.
