Soya Canola Oil
Ingredients
2 xícaras (chá) de polvilho doce (230 g)
2 xícaras (chá) de polvilho azedo (270 g)
1 colher (chá) de sal (5 g)
2 ovos
1/3 xícara (chá) de
Óleo de Canola Soya
(80 ml)
1 xícara (chá) de leite (250 ml)
3 xícaras (chá) de queijo meia cura ralado (340 g)
Preparation Method
In a bowl, mix the sprinkles well with the salt, eggs and oil.
Gradually add the milk.
Add the cheese and mix until you get a dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
Divide the dough into 30g each and shape into a horseshoe
.
Bake in an oiled pan in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
