Ingredients

  • 2 xícaras (chá) de polvilho doce (230 g)
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de polvilho azedo (270 g)
  • 1 colher (chá) de sal (5 g)
  • 2 ovos
  • 1/3 xícara (chá) de Óleo de Canola Soya (80 ml)
  • 1 xícara (chá) de leite (250 ml)
  • 3 xícaras (chá) de queijo meia cura ralado (340 g)

Preparation Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the sprinkles well with the salt, eggs and oil.
  2. Gradually add the milk.
  3. Add the cheese and mix until you get a dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
  4. Divide the dough into 30g each and shape into a horseshoe
  5. .
  6. Bake in an oiled pan in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
