Delícia Supreme 30 g
Dried and soft apricots 200 g
Cognac or apricot liqueur 20 ml
Water 120 ml
Sweet chocolate, chopped 250 g
Milk cream 100 g
Milk or semi-sweet chocolate, melted 400 g
1. Set aside 1 cup of apricots.
2. Chop the remaining amount into 3 mm cubes and put them in a container with the cognac or liqueur.
3. Place the chocolate in a bowl and melt in a bain-marie or microwave for 1 ½ minutes, stopping the heat and stirring the chocolate every 30 seconds.
4. Mix well, remove from the microwave and set aside.
5. Chop the reserved apricots and cook in the water indicated, over low heat, until the water dries out.
6. Remove from the heat, mash with a fork until pureed and return to the heat.
7. Add the cream until it comes to the boil.
8. Turn off the heat, add the chopped chocolate, mix well, add the Delícia Supreme margarine and the chopped and drained apricots.
9. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until it hardens.
10. Remove from the fridge, make a roll, cut with a knife into 3 cm long pieces and cover with the melted chocolate.
11. Leave to dry and sprinkle with cocoa powder
