Brown sugar 100 g
Sugar 130 g
Egg 1 pc
Wheat flour 270g
Salt 6 g
Baking soda 5 g
Oreo or Negresco cookie 140 g
1. In a bowl, place and mix the Delícia Cremosa margarine and the sugars.
2. Add the egg, flour, salt and bicarbonate and mix until the dough is very smooth.
3. Divide the dough and roll it out into round shapes.
4. Place a cookie in the center of each portion, close the dough and place it on a baking sheet dusted with flour or lined with baking paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 18 minutes.
