2 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Soja Soya
1 colher (sobremesa) de fermento biológico seco
1/3 de xícara (chá) de açúcar
1 ovo
10 colheres (sopa) de leite
2 1/2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
1 colher (sobremesa) de sal
1/2 xícara (chá) de gotas de chocolate ao leite
In a bowl, mix the yeast and sugar. Wait 5 minutes, add the egg, the Soya Soya Oil and mix again. Add the milk, wheat flour and salt and mix once more. Divide the dough into 20 portions, roll each one out into a rectangle 10 cm long, place the chocolate chips with spaces between them and close the dough into a doughnut shape. Leave them to rest for 10 minutes and fry them in Soya Soya Oil, over medium-high heat, stirring from time to time, until they are golden brown.
