Chocolate Surprise Cake

Ingredients

MASSA
Delícia Supreme 100 g
Chopped semi-sweet chocolate 300 g
Eggs 4 p
Chemical baking powder 8 g
Traditional wheat flour All Day 120 g
Salt 1 pinch(s)

TRUFA
Chopped semi-sweet chocolate 600 g
Light cream 400 g
Sugar 170 g

Preparation Method

MASSA
1. Place the chocolate and Delícia Supreme margarine in a bowl and melt in the microwave.
2. In a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is creamy.
3. Then add the melted chocolate.
4. Remove the bowl from the mixer and, using a spatula, mix in the sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
5. Pour the batter into buckets or individual molds, greased with Delícia Supreme margarine and sprinkled with wheat flour, filling them 2/3 full.
6. Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for 15 minutes.
7. While the cookies are baking, prepare the truffle.

TRUFFLE
1. Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl and microwave it to melt for 1 ½ minutes, stopping the heat and stirring the chocolate every 30 seconds.
2. Mix well, remove from the microwave and, while mixing, gradually add the cream and sugar until a smooth, homogeneous cream is obtained.
3. Set aside a portion for immediate use and refrigerate the rest until it is firm.

MONTAGE
1. Remove the cupcakes from the oven while still warm, pierce them with the tip of a knife and place a little of the hot, crumbly truffle on top of each cupcake.
2. Wait until completely cool to decorate with the creamy truffle.
3. Place the ganache, which has already set, in a piping bag fitted with a medium flat nozzle and, using circular movements, cover the top of the cupcakes.
4. Decorate with fondant and edible food coloring, molded in the shape of little eggs and carrots.
