Ingredients

For the vinaigrette

  • 1 small Italian tomato (200 g)
  • ½ red onion (50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (30 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons of Soya Canola Oil (60 ml)
  • ½ bunch of chopped greens
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Choripan

  • 6 loaves of French bread
  • 12 Tuscan sausages
  • 3 cups grated mozzarella (300 g)

Preparation Method

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and then make small cubes.
  2. Cut the red onion into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl mix the tomatoes and onion with the vinegar and oil.
  4. Add the green smell and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  5. Cut the French rolls in half lengthways.
  6. Cut the sausages lengthways, keeping them together on one side.
  7. Brush a little oil on a barbecue grill and grill the bread and sausages. Set aside.
  8. Turn the buns on the grill with the grilled side up, add the cheese and cover.
  9. When the cheese has melted, add the grilled sausage.
  10. Finish with vinaigrette and serve immediately.
