3 eggs
1 and ¼ cups sour starch (160g)
1 teaspoon salt (5g)
¼ cup milk (60ml)
½ cup of Soya Sunflower Oil (125ml)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (60g)
In a blender, blend all the ingredients except the Parmesan cheese.
Grease a 21x29cm rectangular pan with oil.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
