Coffee, Chocolate and Amarula Truffle

Ingredients

MASSA
Delícia Cremosa 72 g
Sugar 130 g
Eggs 2 un
Wheat flour 120 g
Cornstarch 35 g
Cocoa powder 20 g
Milk 80 g
Chemical yeast 5 g

Coca soda to moisten as much as needed

CREAM
Chopped milk chocolate 600 g
Fresh cream 500 g
Soluble coffee 3 g
Amarula flavoring 24 g

Preparation Method

MASSA
1. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and starch and set aside.
2. In a mixer, beat the Delícia Supreme margarine, sugar and eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
3. Turn off the mixer and alternately add and mix the powder and milk.
4. At the end, add the baking powder and mix well.
5. Place the dough in a round pan with a diameter of 24 cm, greased with Delícia Supreme margarine and floured with wheat flour and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and cut into 3 equal parts.

RECHEIO
7. In the microwave, melt the chocolate, stopping from time to time to mix.
8. Add the Delícia Supreme margarine and mix.
9. Add the cream and mix well again.
10. Divide the truffle into three parts and add the instant coffee and liqueur to two of them separately. Leave to cool.

MONTAGE
11. Place the coffee truffle on a pastry base lightly moistened with cola soda, then another layer of moistened cake and the chocolate truffle and finally the third layer of moistened cake with the amarula truffle. Serve well chilled.
