Ingredients

Delícia Supreme Light 100 g
Powdered milk 70 g
Sugar 90 g
Cornmeal 250 g
Wheat flour 90 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Baking powder 8 g
Yolk 2 pcs
Crystal sugar 180 g

Preparation Method

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until the dough comes together. Add a little more flour if necessary.
2. Grease a baking dish with Delícia Supreme Light Margarine and set aside.
3. Make small balls with the dough, place them on the baking sheet and flatten them a little, pressing the surface with 2 fingers.
4. Brush with egg yolks and bake in a preheated oven at 150º C for 25 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and, while still hot, brush with Delícia Supreme Light Margarine and sprinkle with crystal sugar. Leave to cool and serve.
