Couscous Farofa

Ingredients

Delícia Supreme Light 60 g
Corn flour for couscous 185 g
Slim bacon, chopped 80 g
Small onion, chopped 1 pc
Small smoked Calabrian sausage, diced 1 pc
Green bell pepper, chopped 20 g
Small tomatoes, seedless, diced 2 p
Hard-boiled eggs 2 p
Coriander or chopped green smell 20 g
Salt as much as needed

Preparation Method

1. Prepare the couscous according to the manufacturer's recommendations and set aside.
2. In a pan, fry the bacon in its own fat.
3. Then add the Delicia Supreme Light Margarine, the onion and fry until transparent.
4. Add the Calabrian sausage and fry. Add the peppers, tomatoes and the couscous, which has already been loosened, and mix until dry.
5. Add the hard-boiled eggs cut into large pieces, the chopped coriander or green smell, adjust the salt and serve.
