5 hake fillets
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon ready-made seasoning complete with pepper
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoons Soya Canola Oil Salt to taste
5 tablespoons Soya Light Mayonnaise
2 sliced onions
5 spoons (soup) full of thin straw potatoes
Wash the fillets with half the lemon juice. Dry them, add the ready-made seasoning, the garlic and the remaining lemon juice. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. Heat half the Soya Canola Oil in a frying pan. Add the onion slices and let them fry until lightly browned. Sprinkle with a little salt. Place the fish on a baking sheet, greased with the remaining Soya Canola Oil, place the onions and the Soya Light Mayonnaise on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes. Add the straw potatoes and bake for another 5 minutes.
