Ingredients
For the salad
2 Japanese cucumbers
½ small red onion
1 can of chunk tuna
½ cup avocado in small cubes (100 g)
3 tablespoons whole yogurt (45 ml)
2 tablespoons Soya canola oil (30 ml)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)
½ small diced seedless peppercorns (3 g)
Chopped green chilies to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Method
Cut the cucumber into medium-sized pieces, slice the red onion and drain the can of tuna.
In a large jar with a lid, add the cucumber, onion, tuna and avocado.
Add the yogurt, oil, lemon, chili pepper and green smell.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cap the jar and shake well! Enjoy immediately.
