Ingredients

For the salad

  • 2 Japanese cucumbers
  • ½ small red onion
  • 1 can of chunk tuna
  • ½ cup avocado in small cubes (100 g)
  • 3 tablespoons whole yogurt (45 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons Soya canola oil (30 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)
  • ½ small diced seedless peppercorns (3 g)
  • Chopped green chilies to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Method

  1. Cut the cucumber into medium-sized pieces, slice the red onion and drain the can of tuna.
  2. In a large jar with a lid, add the cucumber, onion, tuna and avocado.
  3. Add the yogurt, oil, lemon, chili pepper and green smell.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cap the jar and shake well! Enjoy immediately.
