3 tablespoons of Soya Sunflower Oil (45 ml)
½ diced onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
3 eggs
1 diced carrot
1 small diced chili pepper
2 tablespoons tomato extract (40 g)
½ tablespoon traditional soy sauce (7.5 ml)
2 cups cooked white rice (320 g)
Salt to taste
1/3 of a bunch of chopped spring onions
½ tablespoon toasted black and white sesame
In a pan, sauté the onion with Soya Sunflower Oil. When translucent, add the garlic. Beat the eggs with a fork in a separate bowl, add them to the onion and garlic mixture and mix everything together to obtain a scrambled egg.
Add the carrot, tomato paste, chili pepper, soy sauce and cooked rice. Mix until all the ingredients are combined and adjust the salt.
Finalization
Turn off the heat and add the spring onions and toasted sesame.
