Ingredientes:
1. Put the beans, bay leaf, ribs, dried meat, paio and water in the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes

2. In another pan, sauté the bacon in oil. Add the onion and garlic until golden brown 3.
3. Pour two ladles of cooked beans into the sauté and add the rest of the meat.
4. Leave to cook until all the meat is tender and the bean broth has thickened .
Tip: Serve with rice, collard greens, farofa and fried plantains.
