For the macaroni
.150g of macarrão spaghetti n°3
2 colheres (soup) of Sunflower Soybean Oil(30ml)
Para a refoga
2 colheres (soup) of Sunflower Soybean Oil (30ml)
200g de peito de frango em cubos pequenos
½ onion cut into small cubes
2 dentes de alho
200g de camarão limpo
1 colher (chá) de cúrcuma em pó (3g)
2 colheres (soup) of tomato extract (40g)
½ cenoura cortada em cubos
½ pimentão verde em cubos
1 xícara (chá) de água (250ml)
Sal refinado a gosto
2 tomatoes cut em cubos pequenos
1/3 de maço de cebolinha picada
1/3 de maço de salsa picada
For the noodles
Break the noodles into small pieces about 5 cm long. Place Soya Sunflower Oil in a large frying pan and fry until the noodles are golden brown. Set aside.
For the saute
Brown the diced chicken with Soya Sunflower Oil. Add the onion and, when it is translucent, add the garlic. When the garlic is golden, add the prawns, turmeric, tomato paste, carrots and green bell pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the fried noodles with half the water and cook until they are al dente. If necessary, add a little more water as it cooks. Ajuste o sal.
Finalização
Turn off the heat and add the chopped tomatoes, spring onions and chopped parsley. Sirva imediatamente
