For the sauce
1 cup cream cheese (270g)
2 pieces of chopped pickle (20g)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion (15g)
1 tablespoon heavy cream (15ml)
½ squeezed lemon
Chopped parsley to taste
For the fish
500g of white fish in tall files
Salt to taste
Ground pepper to taste
For the breading
1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (180g)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (3g)
2 teaspoons sweet paprika (6g)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1 egg
350 ml of beer
3 cups Panko flour (210g)
1 unit of Soya Soya Oil
Finalization
4 hamburger buns
8 slices of cheddar cheese for hamburgers
For the sauce
Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous paste
For the fish
Season the fish with salt and black pepper
For the breading
In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, egg and beer.
Put the fish in the batter and panko flour.
Fry in oil heated to 170°C until golden brown.
Finishing:
Cut the bread in half and brown it in the frying pan.
Mount the sandwich with the sauce, the fried breaded fish, cheese and some more sauce.
Tips: If you want it to be a little spicy, add 1 teaspoon of mustard (preferably Dijon) and ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the breading.
Use fish fillets that are on average 1 cm high, maximum 1.5 cm.
