Flambéed Fresh Fruit with Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients

Delícia Cremosa 60 g
Tommy mango, pitted 1 pcs
Nanica bananas 2 pcs
Small strawberries 1/2 Box(es)
Brown sugar 150 g
Rum or cachaça 125 ml
Orange juice 310 ml

Preparation Method

1. Wash and peel the fruit.
2. Cut the mango and bananas into half-moons. Set aside the whole strawberries.
3. Melt the Delícia Creamy Margarine in a medium frying pan.
4. Add the sugar and orange juice.
5. Bring to the boil over high heat until a syrup forms.
6. Add the fruit and flambé it with the rum.
7. Leave to boil for 1 minute, remove from the heat and serve hot with coconut ice cream.
