2 cups wheat flour (250 g)
1 tablespoon baking powder (12 g)
3 eggs
½ cup (tea) of Soya Corn Oil (125 ml)
1 cup milk (250 ml)
2 cups sugar (400 g)
½ cup chocolate sprinkles (100 g)
In a large bowl, sift together the flour and yeast; mix. Place the eggs, oil, milk and sugar in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the sprinkles and mix gently. Transfer to an oiled and floured pan (22 cm in diameter, with a hole in the middle). Bake in a preheated oven (170 °C) for about 40 minutes.
