3 cups Soya Bean Oil
3 to 4 Dutch potatoes
2 liters of water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
100 g cream cheese
French onion for garnish
Salt to taste
Potatoes: Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into sticks. Place them in a bowl with the indicated amount of water and vinegar for 10 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the water and pat them dry with a cloth or paper towel. Heat the Soya Soya Oil in a deep pan. Gradually add the potato sticks and fry them over medium-high heat until evenly browned. With a slotted spoon, remove the potatoes and place them on a paper towel so that the excess oil can drain off.

Sauce: In a small saucepan, heat all the remaining ingredients until the mozzarella melts and the mixture becomes homogeneous. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk. Turn off the heat, garnish with finely chopped chives and serve with the potatoes.
