Delícia Cremosa 100 g
Seasoning based on onion and dehydrated garlic 3 g
Chemical yeast 15 g
Milk 180 ml
Eggs 3 pcs
Wheat flour 240 g
RECHEIOUS
Unpeeled carrots without ends 120 g
Zucchini without ends 170 g
Couveflower 150 g
Broccoli 150 g
Salt 4 g
MONTAGE
Grated parmesan cheese 90 g
MASSA
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until they form a creamy paste.
CREAMING
2. Set the zucchini aside. In a saucepan, cook all the vegetables aldente and season with salt.
3. Drain the water, cut the carrots and zucchini into medium-sized cubes and set aside.
MONTAGE
4. Pour half the pasta, the cooked vegetables and then the rest of the pasta into an ovenproof dish.
5. Sprinkle over the grated Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 35 minutes.
