4 fillets of tilapia or white hake in strips (400g)
Juice of one lemon
Salt to taste
Kingdom pepper to taste
1 cup wheat flour (120 g)
1 beaten egg
1 cup of breadcrumbs (170 g)
1 unit of Soya Soya Oil for frying
1 cup of pure açaí pulp (250 g)
1 cup water flour (170 g)
Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Season the flours with salt and bread the fillets in the following sequence: wheat flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Heat the oil to 160°C and fry the breaded fillets until they are golden brown.
Serve with a side of salt and pepper.
Serve with the açaí pulp and accompanying water flour.
