For the strips
3 medium boiled and mashed potatoes (300g)
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (100g)
6 tablespoons sweet sprinkles (35g)
1 teaspoon salt (5g)
Pepper to taste.
Chopped parsley to taste.
To fry
1 bottle of Soya Soya Oil
In a bowl mix the potatoes with the mozzarella, sprinkles and salt to form a dough.
Season with black pepper and parsley to taste.
Model strips by rolling the dough on the countertop like gnocchi.
Heat a pan with oil and fry the strips by immersion until they are golden brown.
