Ingredients

Para a massa

  • ½ xícara (chá) de leite integral (125 ml)
  • 1/3 xícara (chá) of Óleo de Soja Soya (85 ml)
  • 1/4 colher (sopa) de sal (4 g)
  • 1 xícara (chá) de polvilho azedo (160 g)
  • 1 xícara (chá) de polvilho doce (115 g)
  • 1 ovo
  • 1 xícara (chá) de queijo muçarela ralado (100 g)

Para fritar

  • 2 xícaras (chá) de Óleo de Soja Soya (500 ml)

Preparation Method

  1. Heat half the milk in a saucepan and separately heat the rest with the oil.
  2. Put the sprinkles and salt in a bowl, set aside.
  3. Add the hot milk to the sprinkles and mix.
  4. Add the milk and oil mixture to the bowl. Knead with your hands.
  5. Add the egg and cheese to the dough and knead until it forms a dough that detaches from the hands.
  6. Portion into 20 grams and shape into sticks, the thickness and length of a finger.
  7. Fry in Soya Soya Oil preheated to 160° until golden brown.

Tips: If necessary, add more sprinkles.
