Ingredients

Creamy Delight 100 g
Pineapple slices cut into small cubes 3 pcs
Salt 5 g
Meat or chicken stock 250 ml
Enough freshly ground pepper
Green pepper, chopped 20 g
Sliced bread, cut into 12 slices
Medium onions chopped 2 pcs
Clove of garlic chopped 1 pcs
Silver bananas cut into cubes 2 pcs
Raisins 75 g

Preparation Method

1. Spread a little Delícia Cremosa margarine on one side of the bread.
2. Cut them into squares.
3. Place them on a baking sheet and brown lightly in a preheated oven at 160ºC for 7 to 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
4. In a large, deep frying pan, brown the garlic and onion in the Delícia Cremosa margarine.
5. Then add the banana, raisins and pineapple, mix well and sauté for a few moments.
6. Replace the bread and, stirring gently, add the heated stock.
7. Adjust the salt, add the pepper and green smell, mix well and serve warm or cold as an accompaniment to meat.

TIP
This recipe can also be made with stale bread, grated on a coarse grater.
