Dough: In parallel, combine the egg, sugar, milk, natural yogurt, vanilla essence, lemon zest and Soya Corn Oil in a bowl. Reserve.
In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate. Sift and add the dry ingredients to the liquid.
Mix well.
Finishing:
Slowly pour the cake batter over the apples with the caramel in the pan and cover. Cook over a low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and turn out onto the serving plate.
