For the dough
3 tablespoons cornstarch (23g)
½ tablespoon baking powder (8g)
1 tablespoon cream cheese (30g)
1 egg
To finish
1 tablespoon of Soya Sunflower Oil (15 ml)
2 tablespoons cream cheese (60 g)
Slices of ham to taste
Slices of mozzarella cheese to taste.
For the dough:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until it becomes a creamy, homogeneous dough.
Finishing:
Put the oil in the frying pan and heat over low heat. Pour the batter into the pan, cover and let it brown over a low heat. After browning, with the help of a spatula, turn over and brown the other side.
Cut the bread into wedges.
Cut the bread in half and spread the curd cheese, serve with slices of ham and cheese.
Variation: You can fill it with whatever you like, such as turkey breast, tomatoes and jam
