Ingredients

  • 400g of ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon salt (5g)

  • 3 tablespoons of Soya Soya Oil (45ml)

  • 1 chopped onion (150g)

  • 3 chopped garlic cloves (15g)

  • 2 cans of peeled tomatoes (800g)

  • 150g dry lasagna noodles

  • 1 and a half cups of hot water (375ml)

  • 150g sliced ham

  • 150g sliced mozzarella cheese

  • 6 tablespoons cream cheese (100g)

  • Basil leaves for decoration

  • Salt and black pepper to taste.

Preparation Method

Season the ground beef with 1 teaspoon of salt. Heat a deep frying pan with a lid and add the Soya Oil. Brown the minced meat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté well and add the two cans of peeled tomatoes to the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are completely broken down and the sauce is thick. Adjust the salt and pepper.

Add the dry lasagna noodles broken into pieces and fold into the minced meat. Add the hot water and cover the pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Add the sliced ham and mix well. Cover with the mozzarella cheese and add the ricotta in spoonfuls. Cover to melt the cheese and finish with basil leaves. Serve afterwards.

Tip: If necessary, do the process in stages to get the meat well caramelized.
