Milk 200 ml
Wheat flour 160g
Egg 1 pc
Salt as much as needed
Baking powder 5 g
Solid tuna in water 170 g
Small onion in very thin slices 1 pc
Oregano as much as needed
Oil as much as needed
Black olives as much as needed
1. In a bowl, mix the milk with the flour, egg, salt, margarine and yeast
2. In a frying pan with a 16cm mouth and a 12cm base greased with margarine, pour in about 2 tablespoons of batter, spread it out and cook until the edge begins to brown slightly.
3. Turn the pasta over and top with the tomato slices, tuna, onion, olives, salt and oregano.
4. Cover the pan and cook until everything is hot and the edge is lightly browned
