Grandma's Banana Pie

Ingredients

Delícia Cremosa 100 g
Nanica bananas 8 un
Cinnamon powder 5 g
Flour 100 g
Sugar 110 g
Crushed walnuts 70 g
Lemon juice 1/2 un

Preparation Method

1. Cut the bananas in half lengthways.
2. Season with cinnamon and lemon juice.
3. Mix the breadcrumbs with the sugar and walnuts.
4. In a rectangular or oval baking dish measuring about 18 x 25 cm, greased with Delícia Cremosa, place half the bananas.
5. Cover with half the flour mixture and drizzle with half the Delícia Cremosa.
6. Repeat and bake in a preheated oven at 170ºC for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.

TIP
If you prefer, only pour all the melted margarine over the last layer of the pie.
